It isn't. It isn't! I'd assume different hardware. I know Moon Patrol is not included on that PCB, though I can't recall why exactly, so I am going to shunt misinformation out and assume it's due to different hardware.

To bring this full circle ... there was a game on the C64 where you could torture Smurfs, and one of the things you could do is blow them up with an atomic bomb. Swear to God. Can't find it on Google Images, but it's true. I'll see if I can't track it down.
