When I bought Mappy, my friend Jim helped me get it to my house. He had mentioned he was gonna buy a C64 off eBay. I offered him the one I had, which originally belonged to Jack Straw.
I had plugged it in once and I saw that the red light came on. That's the extent of my use of the C64.
Well, Jim plugged it in and found a cartridge of something for it. IT DOESN'T WORK. It just lights up. Fucking Straw, fucking us one last time from beyond the grave.

If you still have an unused, working one for the next OVGE I'm in. And we should schedule some C64 gaming time the next time I'm around. God, the OVGE really does kick ass.Flack wrote:I confirmed that I have working 64s out in the garage, if'n you wanna.
Flack said that it was 72 degrees in Oklahoma when I was driving through a snowstorm to go out with this hawt girl downtown. SEVENTY-TWO.

Yeah, but the weekend after you guys left it was 110 here.
Also, if the choices are driving through a snowstorm to pick up a hot chick and spending the evening alone in 72 degree weather, I think you made the right choice.
I think an evening of Commodore gaming sounds like a blast.
