DISCIPLINARY NOTICE (FILE #5150-27B/6)

Post by Bradley Svedka. (esq.) »

Due to his continued and brazen accumulation of demerits, it has been decided that Commander Tansin A. Darcos ("Tdarcos", "TDR") will been BANNED from this website for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of this notice.

Excuse me, but the term "esq." means "esquire," which means a person who has passed the Bar exam, i.e. an attorney. Calling yourself an esquire probably constitutes the unauthorized practice of law which is a criminal offense in all jurisdictions of the United States.

You want to ban me, maybe I should turn your ass over to the authorities. And besides, I haven't earned any demerits, you never mentioned any thing, nor have I heard that you have any authority to impose a ban.

How about I sue your ass for discrimination on the basis of a disability then you can explain to a Federal judge exactly what I did that justifies a ban, considering that you gave no prior announcement of any such "demerits."

Plus the fact you're logging on from a guest account makes it sound to me like Jonsey killed your account because he got tired of you and your creamy bullshit.

Hey fella, way to go! I've been wondering how long you were going to let that fat fuck Ironside spew his shit around here. Should be fun to see what happens, knowing him, he probably would sue you.

I kind of like you, fella. I've always had a soft spot for the criminally insane.

Instead of an outright ban, howzabout a single base only until such time as a new food video is posted?

Paul is correct, I locked his original account because I was sick of the bullshit.

RetroRomper, I think that a few of us are beyond entertainment-based entertainment. This is the cutting edge of comedy: stuff that is going on for way too long. I ate Mother's Day eggs with your hot sauce, though.

You know what's REALLY not funny? People saying "this isn't funny" in this middle of people BRINGING THA CONTENT.

You guys I'm forever indebted to Retro here for a number of reasons, but that doesn't mean I can't give him shit on the BBS. He seems to have learned/accepted that, and the fact that you (waves hands) none of the rest of you have is to your shame, not mine.

Bar Associations have no sense of humor when it comes to the unauthorized practice of law, the same way the Mafia has no sense of humor when someone else is loan sharking, selling drugs or running an extortion ring and not paying them, for the same reason.

You're a dumbass. "esquire" is an honorific, similar to Mr. and its only a tradition for lawyers to use it.

Dumbass? Try again, I was comparing a Bar Association to the Mafia. More like "smartass".

Mafia probably wasn't the best analogy for you to use in this context Mr. T. seeing as how you threatened to snitch on Mr. Bill and we all know what the mob has no sense of humor when it comes to snitches. :P
