I'm back, baby! Well, at least for one day (yesterday). While I didn't exercise, I did manage to forego shoveling all manner of greasy, fattening foods into my maw and guzzling every beer in sight. It's a start.

Alright. 298.6. Obviously the 280 goal is out the window, but I think we can sprint to the finish here and at least get down in the 290 area.

The real problem here is that instead of eating right, exercising, and not drinking too many beers last week, I did the opposite of all of those things.

So this week I will do those things again, and will hit 290 no problem.

I was just weighed. 333.7

I'm on my way to the magic number: 299. Which would be my lowest weight in ten years if not longer.

With luck I might see that in a few weeks.
