I have ONLY ever had homemade pimiento cheese, because I used to enjoy the Masters, and that was the tradition. And since at the time, I didn't live in a part of the country that had ever heard of "pimiento cheese", I had to make it myself.
Now I'm in a town constructed virtually entirely of pimiento cheese, but the Masters has lost a bit of its lustre, so fuck it.
