...interesting. I've had this link for days, but, here. It's custom pcs built inside of old console cases. No, I don't know why you'd want such a thing, I barely understanding any of the luddite nonsense that gets tossed about in this base.

The only reason to want to do that is so that when people come over to your house, they say, "OMG, wow! A Nintendo!!!" And you generate a self-satisfied smug look and say, "Not... quite!"

And then you, I don't know, play an NES ROM with it via emulation.

In my case, however, people only regularly come over to my humble abode during football season, when attempts to wrest the controller from my hand and get Buffalo Bills games on the TV, rather than those of my cherished Saints. The season doesn't start until September, so I have to ask myself: would it be worth it?

I wish they would just sell the hollowed out cases, though. I could handle getting the parts and installing them myself.

It is just for Internet dorks who probably owned an NES and totally forgot about it the second their SNES came out. Now, they want their fucking computers to be hip.

Like some little fucking girl putting star stickers all over her dresser. My computer is simply the metal frame which is now pretty bent up because I threw it across my room. Like that fucking girl with stickers on her dress you just ruin the damn point of computers by agreeing to this barbie designer computer horse shit. My one friend tried that fucking "expressing your personality" argument. Just like customizing a god damn car you buy pre-manufactured parts and put them together in the way you like. If I put Guile's head on Ryu's body or made an robot in Armored Core or Mechwarrior I wouldn't call it me expressing myself. OMG, I didn't put any jumpjets on my Bushwacker I have expressed my deep personality! These aren't as bad as those stupid fucking candy raver computers. The ones with the little view screen, and black light? No thanks, I don't want to have to give my computer ecstasy to start it up!
Good point Bobby!
