Since they're being executed in Terra Haute, I have another song

I wonder if that Simple Warden had the complex talk with him? Err, I mean I wonder if the Complex Warden had that simple talk `with him? Or both of them.

The whole idea is deaths of relatively "famous" people. If they're famous enough to get a news story I think that counts. Like:
1. The guy who drove his car into a freeway overpass support so hard firefighters in Los Angeles had to shut down the Golden State Freeway (I-5) during rush hour to bring in a ladder truck to get his body down off the thirty foot sign his body had been launched onto. A spokesperson said they'd never seen anything like it before.
2. Mac McGarry, host for 50 years of That's Academic, a Saturday morning TV show here on WRC Channel 4, where local high school students compete for scholarship prizes. The show was probably watched by several million people. One of the teenage cheerleaders on the show was Hillary Rodham, who went on to a few even more famous endeavors.
3. A Mr. Sanchez, who committed suicide by jumping off an overpass in LA. It was his ninth suicide attempt, which he did using artificial legs he was fitted with after a previous unsuccessful suicide attempt. I referred to it as, "If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try, try, try, try, try, try again."
4. Mr. Bolon, a retired federal worker, who was out campaigning in Fairfax County, VA with a lady candidate for a different office, and felt perfectly fine until he just keeled over and dropped dead of a heart attack.

Agree to disagree. The whole idea IMHO was celebrities or public figures that members of the forum had previously heard of.

The other issue is the whole "can't believe" part. Who here can't believe you outlived somebody who is about to executed any day now after they've witnessed this ludicrous anomaly for the last 10 years?

Are you kidding? The commander weighs 400 pounds (without his right leg), can't sit up or roll himself over, and is living in probably one of the worst nursing homes in MD. How are you not surprised every day that he has outlived anybody? I can't believe he beat COVID without even really complaining about it. I mean we have a healthy 40something guy on this site that complained that COVID was one of the worst things he's gone through and the commander complained more about the cost of starburst on Amazon for christ sake.

1. They weighed me a couple of weeks ago. I weigh 297.4, down from 302.8.
2. My location is
HCR-Manorcare
Paul Robinson
550 S. Carlin Springs Rd Rm 330B
Arlington, VA 22204-1022

I have been in Virginia for ALL of 2020 and before my leg was amputated. I haven't been in Maryland for probably more than a year.

Death row inmate Lezmond Mitchell executed in Indiana
Navajo Nation opposed death row sentencing as a violation of their sovereignty

Lezmond Mitchell, a Native American, became the fourth person to die on death row from a lethal injection this year, for the killings of a woman and her 9-year-old granddaughter in 2001.

The Supreme Court denied Mitchell’s request to stop his execution, Mitchell’s lawyer also had a clemency request pending before President Trump that went unapproved.

The Navajo Nation opposed the execution of Mitchell, saying it violated the Native American group’s sovereignty.

But the family of the 9-year old girl, Tiffany Lee, rejected the Navajo Nation’s stance. “An eye for an eye,” Daniel Lee, her father, told the Associated Press.

The "another person" is Keith Dwayne Nelson, or "The Keithster" as Bryan called him.

I mean, we all know TDARCOS has Problems, but is ANYONE going to acknowledge the bit where he has been gleefully waiting for a man to be killed? Like apart from an understanding of the State's ability to kill it's just been WEIRD? Anyone ever try to read his "book" or do I have to revive my project to describe it?

Me and several other people have read my book and done that. We've reported the "tropes" (storytelling ideas) used in the story: Literature: Instrument of God

That page on the link above also has a link to download the 3 megabyte, 700+ page PDF of the book, for free.

Paul, just ignore him. His whole bit is to show up here once or twice a week just to drop a few jabs. No matter how kooky he might say your book is, he hasn't written one.
