I am ready to answer your questions about BOATS.

I cannot. When I say "BOATS", I refer only to the game: World of Warships.AArdvark wrote:Can you tell us all the classes of boats from the game Pirates!
There are no submarines in the game. What is the best class of submarine in the game
I dunno. First nuclear attack sub?what's so special about the Los Angles class sub anyway?
Great question!Ice Cream Jonsey wrote:I can't believe I am asking this seriously, but how would you describe the "magic" of BOATS?
No. WW2-era only.AArdvark wrote:Is this a modern warship game? You know, with Tomahawk cruise missiles and a plethora of Durka-Durka killing platforms?
No. I mean, I have a low-middle of the road one, and it's flawless on high. I can't imagine anyone with any card built this decade would have too much trouble.Do I need a high end graphics card to play this in the intended manner?
Not natively, but it's been done. Can it run in linux?
No moreso than usual. Only slightly moreso than usual. Will I have to fight the urge to eat a bowl of Cap'n Crunch if I play this a lot?
There are "Co-op" battles where you team up against the AI. This is how you learn. And the AI isn't particularly good, so you'll have the satisfaction of winning a few rounds before you make the leap to PvP.Is there a single player option so I can get good at it first?

Developed in the early 1930s as a flying boat, it was redesigned as an amphibian shortly after. Mostly sold to private customers, some planes were used by the military as well.
Four planes even found their way to Australia during WWII, being sold to the australian goverment for the service in the RAAF.
The plane with the registration NC14204 was one of this batch and commisioned by 1943 into military service.
