Another one just recording for myself in the future. Pretty simple, standard approach, but everyone loved this version, so HEY PINBACK REMEMBER TO DO IT THIS WAY:

12 oz medium shrimp
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 T tomato paste
1 cup half-and-half
8 oz farfalle
1.5 tsp creole/cajun seasoning
1 T parsley flakes
1 loose cup shredded/grated parmesan
0.5 Start cooking farfalle. Meanwhile:
1. Saute andouille in olive oil in pan until both sides browned
2. Add shrimp and creole/cajun seasoning, stir and cook until shrimp are done
