A game-testing request (not for one of my games)

Post by Ice Cream Jonsey »

I met a guy through the ifMud who is making a game for this year's fall interactive fiction comp. I will intentionally not say his name in this post so I don't influence anyone's opinion of anything - I will say, however, that he put together a clever little thing that I enjoyed. It's a really quick play.

Any of you guys interested in taking a quick look at it beforehand? It's in excellent shape (let me put it this way: it's in better shape than any of my games before I ask Greg to look at them) but you may find something I missed. I just really like the idea of a bug-free Interactive Fiction comp.

If you'd like to give it a look, just reply in this thread or throw me a PM or an e-mail or whatever and I will get you and the author in contact with each other.

Sure, why not. Note to future IF MUD Authors: the last game I betatested was Distress. Before that, it was Sting of The Wasp; Before that was Nechrotic Drift. The moral of this story: me betatesting your games guarantys you to win IF Comp.
