Let's go through my Steam wishlist, and you can all decide which game (or games!!) you are going to buy me:
Victory At Sea
Price: $25
Interest: 7/10. Love a good naval game, this appears somewhat simplified, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
theHunter: Primal
Price: $30
Interest: 2/10. Barely remember putting this on there. Seems okay, though? I dunno.
Alea Jacta Est
Price: $25
Interest: 8/10. I dig indie wargames like this. I like supporting them. And I'd be indirectly supporting them if you bought it for me.
Space Hulk: Ascension
Price: $30
Interest: 6/10. Wow, a Space Hulk game that apparently doesn't suck!
Rodina
Price: $15
Interest: 4/10. Played it when it was free. Very cool. I doubt I'd play it much, but it'd be nice to support the guy.
StarMade
Price: $10
Interest: 1/10. I dunno why I put this on here. Nobody buy this for me. I would never play it.
Divinity: Original Sin
Price: $40
Interest: 7/10. I really want to love RPGs, and apparently this is the best one going. Last chance, beloved game genre!
Five Nights At Freddy's 2+3
Price: Not much
Interest: 3/10. Yeah, I dunno. It was a cool idea. Do I really need three of them?
Wolfenstein: The Old Blood
Price: $20
Interest: 9/10. Anyone who didn't think New Order was wonderful is an idiot. And apparently this is just as good. Gimme.
Star Hammer: The Vanguard Prophecy
Price: Unknown
Interest: 10/10. But I'm buying this day one, so don't bother.
Apollo4X
Price: $20
Interest: 7/10. I was a beta tester, so I should have been given a copy for free. But I wasn't. It definitely brings something new to the table. The UI is shit, but it'd be worth having around.
Highlands
Price: $15
Interest: 5/10. Kinda cute little light turn-based strategy with an artsy vibe. Eh, sure.
Starlight Tactics
Price: $10
Interest: 6/10. Hey. Turn-based spaceship battles. Can't be that bad, right?
Subnautica
Price: $20
Interest: 9/10. Undersea adventures! What's better than that?
Sunless Sea
Interest: 7/10. Underground adventures! And people like it! Looks good, right?
Dangerous
Price: $20
Interest: 0/10. Space game came out around the same time Elite: Dangerous came out. It's funny just cuz of that. Most of the negative comments are people complaining that they bought the wrong game.
Steel Armor: Blaze of War
Price: $30
Interest: 3/10. High-tech tank simulator with bad interface, is what I'm learning.
Warhammer 40K: Armageddon
Price: $40
Interest: 8/10. Don't know much about WH2K, but this is supposedly Sci-Fi Panzer General, by the Sovereignty: Crown of Kings guys and Slitherine, and I like all of those things.
Order of Battle: Pacific
Price: $40
Interest: 8/10. Panzer General again, except against the Japanese, and with good graphics.
Eador: Masters of the Broken World
Price: $20
Interest: 7/10. The original game is charming as hell, and this is a beautiful, if apparently flawed, remake. And they've been updating it, so maybe it's not so flawed anymore.
Imagine Earth
Price: $20
Interest: 6/10. Planet colonization sim? Or something? Looks fun? Maybe?
Total War: Attila
Price: $45
Interest: 8/10. Been watching this on Steam for a few months. Looks right up my alley if I have the patience to learn it.
So, there we go! There's my wishlist! Now it's time for you to look deep into yourself and answer this question:
