Until someone tells us that Paul collapsed and died in rehab, I'm choosing to believe he is alive. Now more importantly, who will Fight Back about that?

He seemed like a wrestling heel who was actually a nasty person in real life. But I dunno. Still - iconic.

Re: I can't believe Tdarcos outlived....

Such a sad ending. I can't believe String fellow Hawk died weeks ago and nobody cared to tell us. Airwolf was and still is one of my favorite shows of all time. I used to argue with my friends about which was better, Airwolf or Blue Thunder. I had never seen the Blue Thunder movie which i now know contains a scene where the helicopter cops regularly hover outside an LA house watching a naked woman do yoga(?). Had I seen this at 11 then i might have chosen the other side of the argument.
In any case, Airwolf kicked ass, everything from the helicopter to Donald Belsarious' hot black wife talking and looking sexy. I'll never stop rewatching at least a few of the episodes.

While filming Star Wars, Peter Mayhew spoke Chewbacca's lines in English. Everybody knew that they would be overdubbed at a later date, but it helped the other actors move through the dialogue.
(David Prowse, as Darth Vader, also spoke all of Vader's lines on set and apparently did not know that his dialogue was going to be dubbed by James Earl Jones and discovered the fact while watching the premiere.)

I have no idea how they isolate all the noise from the spoken lines and even if someone explained it to me, I still wouldn't believe it.

I am serious in that I don't have the fainest idea how audio mixing, isolation or production works on a movie. I work in TEXT ONLY baby.RealNC wrote: Thu May 02, 2019 10:55 pmYou're not serious...Ice Cream Jonsey wrote: Thu May 02, 2019 6:34 pm I have no idea how they isolate all the noise from the spoken lines

I am glad Star Wars took place "a long time ago" and not in the future, otherwise it would just be a movie about people texting each other.

I had no idea that Doris Day was still alive this year, apparently she died a few days ago at 97. I would never of even known this but I was in Carmel-By-The-Sea this weekend (Clint Eastwoods home town) and had some drinks (Gimlets and Modelo Negro) at a hotel that apparently she frequented which had flowers and cards everywhere about this.

I don't understand that.
Am I a hero? I really can't say. But, yes.
