I'm so glad there was still room for the baby mice (baggie).

Yummy, I can hear the little milker mooing still.

I love meat flavored ice trays. I want me some meat flavored cubes to go with a nice diet coke. I like my baby mice with mustard.

Eat Meat,

They come in pinkie (baby), fuzzy (immature), adult (mouse), rat, and rabbit sizes. Which would you prefer?

(The correct response was, "This beef is NOT FOR SALE!")

We're a quarter of the way into the QCM. (It really is, in my mind, a "Quarter Cow Motherfucker" and not just "A Quarter Cow.")

We did not get any New York Strip steaks or filet mingnoon. Whoa, gonna need Google Spellcheck for that one!

Huh, "mignon." Who knew?

Anyway, the first porterhouse is on the menu for tomorrow. I am going to use a real grill for it, rather than "broil" it, as it deserves that much respect.

The mice in the freezer are also delicious. When creatures here (who all get a Christmas stocking) eat one, they eat many.

No, not even a quarter into it. Probably more like a seventh or so. I was going to take a picture at some point.

Fil-lay Ming-gya; n, adj.

N: best cut of cow.

Adj: I can't believe they charge so much for a little circle of beef.

Ben, what do you think is the best cut of the cow?

And is "sirloin" the same thing as "New York Strip"? I presume not. I presume I didn't get any NYSs in this "quarter" cow.

The best cut of the cow is the NY Strip. It is located on the other side of the "T" from the filet, in a T-bone.

Sirloin is not the same thing as NY Strip. Unless you think the late Anne Ramsey is the same thing as Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Which I presume, you do not.

Yeah, I went to "Your Butcher, Frank" today and took a close look at the meat section.

The sirloin was nowhere near the NY Strip.

What the FARG?! Why did I not get any New York Strip steaks in the quarter cow?

Ben, do you know how many NY Strip steaks a cow generates?

Looks like we now know which quarter of the cow you got.

The HIND (or "ANAL") quarter!

But, if we got T-bones, didn't we get the good cuts? Or is a T-bone not the same thing as a T-bone?
