Google.com in the style of Rounders [LOGGY]
(Google ruined their home page again.)
Ice Cream Jonsey: I just - I don't know if you use Google at all.
Pinback: On a DAILY BASIS
Ice Cream Jonsey: I just hate the idea that you were up until 3AM and then you log in...
Ice Cream Jonsey: You go to do a search or something
Ice Cream Jonsey: And then, BOOM
Ice Cream Jonsey: Google to Pinback: HEY PAL HERE'S SOME SHIT YOU DONT WANNA SEE
Ice Cream Jonsey: I just - *I* got in, today. Went to Google.
Ice Cream Jonsey: And I was just frantically clicking on the screen to remove the background.
Pinback: Oh, the new homepage. Yeah, but, I mean, Christ, who actually goes to the Google homepage?
Pinback: Don't we just type ctrl-K and then enter our search terms?
Ice Cream Jonsey: I just, it comes up if ... - well, yes
Pinback: Yes, I am not altogether thrilled with that decision of Google.
Pinback: It seems... so.... UN NYECCESYARY.
Ice Cream Jonsey: PAY THIS MYAN HIS MYONEY
Pinback: SARRRCH THEES MYAN'S SARRRCH TAARMS!
Pinback: THEES BACKGROUND EES NAWT AH-KYAY!!
Ice Cream Jonsey: "And don't splash the homepage."
Pinback: EEN MY BROWSARR I VEEL SPLESH ZEE PAYGE VENEVAR DE FAAAAAAACK I PGLHLEEEZ
Pinback: My main objection is that every single background option they offer makes all of the text links on the page completely illegible.
(At this point we stopped doing impressions of Teddy KGB from "Rounders" and talked about proper things.

I dislike the Google homepage now. I used to enjoy the blankness, It would make me pause and think about what it was that I really wanted to search. Now it's distracting eye-candy. The sort of fluff that can be found on any scatterbrained search engine homepage. I will have to install a Google bar and keep my desktop more blank because of it. BASTARDS!
