Man, you take such good care of yourself, and still this happens.

No, I don't believe in death. I'm against Garry Shandling not being around to tell jokes.

How will we know when it dies? I mean sure there will probably have to be an airlift and a cocoon of holy hell inside the house (urine filled bottles, thousands of empty pepperidge farms bags) that will make internet news front pages across the world.

But that could take weeks, months perhaps for anyone to notice. I'd hate to prematurely post a celebrity death and be in error if he has already died and we just don't know. Perhaps some sort of 24 hour monitoring device? Thoughts?
the last group complained, quite tellingly They said, "Why don't you have a spoon that just says 'Earth?' It would save time

He lives with a houseboy named Juan. It'll get announced to the authorities. Commander, do you have a will? and a map to all the mason jars full of money in the backyard?

Maybe we could put a killswitch on his refrigerator door? Something that runs off of Bluetooth that'll automatically post to JC if his fridge hasn't been opened in an hour?

Mason jars full of money? In case you weren't paying attention over at Caltrops or don't read it, I had to beg for money a couple of years ago because I had overpaid one of my bills and needed $70 to pay for renewal of some of my domain names. Jonsey came to my rescue because as it turned out, by dumb luck I had found a program written in Delphi that generated mazes, and was able to convert it to Free Pascal, and Jonsey, unaware of this, said he could pay me to create a program to automate the creation of mazes in Hugo. So I did, by changing the program to write out Hugo code to create any map shown on the screen. So that small amount helped me out, it got him a solution - including source code - that he has stated helped him out and nicely solved his problem. A win-win for both of us.

After that I decided I'd never be in that situation again.

This year comes the big one, where I get $50 for the training class plus $200 to be an election judge for Maryland's primary April 26, plus another $200 for the general election on November 3. The check comes about six weens after each election.

Do you really think I spend the effort and trouble plus work a 14-hour day (and 2 hours the night before doing setup work) for a measly $200 if I didn't need the money? As I say, "I want to thank the taxpayers of Prince George's County for the new computer they pay for me every two years."

As for me, you can get my phone number from whois, as well as my e-mail which is "paul@paul-robinson.us" and the three people here who do care about me, Pinback, Jizaboz and Jonsey, all have my cell phone number. Anyone who feels they need to know it or want to be put on my notification list, contact me.

Oh, that reminds me, I need to send one out. I'll do that in a separate message.

Your financial secrets are safe with us. We'll never even breathe a word to the IRS about the ill-booten gatti in the jars.

I was watching a Blue Traveler video, and remembered that Ken Ober died in 2009. His autopsy report was not released to the public, and the public thinks he died of H1N1.

He was 52 and died in 2009. I would like a moment of silence for this great man.

Should we put Jim Carrey, Liam Neeson and Clint Eastwood on that list?
